Bought these to replace spikes for when riding on road. They work perfectly, but be sure to use the included wrench, the bolts will back out if only finger tight. I suggest a little Loctite as well.

fall out too easily and cost too much
Bought these because one unscrewed and fell out at some point in the first dozen rides with a new pair of shoes. That was disappointing, but with shipping needing to pay more than $22 -- more than 10% of the cost of the shoes — for this $1 part is much more disappointing.

What can I say they screw in. I would give them a five but two of them unscrewed and fell out.
