General Conditions

One (1) prize winner will be selected at random each month from all eligible entries. By entering, winners certify that they meet all eligibility requirements. Odds of winning depend on the number of monthly entries.

Winners will be notified via email and will have 30 days to redeem their certificate.

Lake Cycling reserves the right to substitute products or sizes.

Entrants further grant to Lake Cycling the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in conjunction with the contest. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Lake Cycling and its advertising and promotional agencies to use winner's name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Lake Cycling, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize won. By providing an email address, entrants will be registered to receive the Lake Cycling e-mail newsletters. Entrants have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletters at any time. No responsibility is assumed by Lake Cycling for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or mutilated entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Lake Cycling is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Lake Cycling users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit a player's ability to participate in the Contest. Lake Cycling reserves the right in its sole direction to cancel or suspend this contest should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest.

Conduct

By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at the Contest Site throughout the Contest. Lake Cycling reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be: tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, DEBRAND FINE CHOCOLATES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
